3 Essential Keys to Victory | Saints vs Bucs 2020

It’s week 9 and the NFL primetime game is Saints vs Bucs at Ray Jay Stadium. Saints sit at a comfortable 5-2 winning the last 4 in a row. The New Orleans Saints a good effort last week against Chicago only makes this week that more important as far as the playoff race is concerned. This week they travel to Tampa Bay for a prime time showdown against a much different Bucs team than they saw in week 1. Here are some quick keys to victory for the Saints vs Bucs game.

Pressure Tom Brady

Keep the pressure on Brady all night do not let up: They key to slowing down or even shutting down any quarterback starts with one word, pressure if you can get in Tom Brady’s face and disrupt him early and often, you got a shot at winning. With left guard Ali Marpet is going to be out so I expect the interior part of the defensive line (which has been the one consistent bright part) to step and and make some plays. I expect Dennis Allen to send all kinds of weird packages and try to get pressure from all sides

Secondary Must Improve

It’s been no secret the Saints have struggled in recent weeks when it comes to the secondary. Blown coverages, confusion, lack of communication, or just getting flat out beat has been something we’ve seen too many times. This group is too talented to be giving up all these freebies to opposing teams. Brady has so many weapons at his disposal this secondary is going to have to play better.

Score Points

Drew Brees is getting Michael Thomas back along with Emmanuel Sanders, this might be the first time all season we’ve see this offense at 100% and really can see it they can do. The biggest problem is this Bucs defense to me is what is so scary about this Tampa team. The Saints are going to have to capitalize on every possession and come away with some points to keep up with Brady and company.

Saints vs Bucs Prediction

I expect this to be a game of masters as now we’ll see Brady in a much more comfortable offense and Brees with a healthy offense I do think the Saints can pull this one off I’ll go with a final score of 31-28 New Orleans.
